Will Windows 10 2004 have an Enablement Package?

I see the Feature Update for Windows 10 2004. Will Windows 10 2004 have an Enablement Package in WSUS? I know 1909 did have it and our 1903 to 1909 upgrade was nice.

    There is rumor that the second year 2020 Windows Update may use an Enablement Package similar to 1903/1909. But the May 2020 Update to Version 2004 is a full OS upgrade.
