Failing installations

Hi
One of our customers has a user who keeps getting a message saying that Microsoft Intune failed to install Chrome and Adobe Reader, I tried going in to Intune and change the detection rule on Adobe Reader and Chrome from equals to greater than or equal to and this seems to have solved the issue with Adobe Reader but still the user is getting a message saying that Intune failed to install Google Chrome.
I am wondering what could be the issue of this?

To deploy Google chrome via Win32 app, we can refer to the following link:
