Firstly, I suggest that you run Windows Update to check if any security updates could be found. Install them to check.
For BSOD issue, Mini Dump and Memory Dump usually record information about blue screens. It can effectively help to analyze possible problems.
C:/Windows/Mini dump\Memory dump
Then you could try to use WinDbg tool or others BSOD Analysis tools to analyze dump files.
