How to create Defined Name with table name in Name Manager

Hi,
how can I create a table name, which is indicated by a table name icon (in red rectangle) on picture below?
I tried everything, but it still only create a defined name (not in red rectangle).

    Could you please tell me what version of Office you are using now?

    How did you operate?

    I find that the screenshot you provided is the same as the one in this official document "Use the Name Manager in Excel".

    Based on my understanding, you could try to operate as below.
    (I did the test on my Office 2016 and Office 365.)

    1. Firstly insert a Table.

    2. Then open the Name Manager.

    Don't really understand the problem. If I create a table then it automatically creates the table icon as per screen shot.
    How did you create the one you posted that shows the icon correctly?

    I did it according to your steps in screenshot 1. Firstly insert a Table, and created Table name as I wanted.
