problem MacBook Pro in Windows 10 to connect second display

I have problem MacBook Pro in Windows 10 to connect second display DELL. I have connected the second display with VGA adaptor to Macbook Pro USB-C When i startup in the apple software the second display is connected, and works correct. However changing with Macbook-Pro to windows-10 partition. Second display is not detected...it says ... second display not detected. What can I do ... please help me out ? Thanks a lot.
