Error when running Windows Performance Toolkit log.cmd

As instructed, I started a windows CMD session as administrator and found the log.cmd in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsPerformanceAnalyzer_10.0.19041.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\10\Windows Performance Toolkit\gpuview.
When I ran this command I got the following error output:

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsPerformanceAnalyzer_10.0.19041.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\10\Windows Performance Toolkit\gpuview>log.cmd
Access is denied.
Access is denied.
The system cannot find the file me2.txt.
Could Not Find C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsPerformanceAnalyzer_10.0.19041.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\10\Windows Performance Toolkit\gpuview\me.txt
Could Not Find C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsPerformanceAnalyzer_10.0.19041.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\10\Windows Performance Toolkit\gpuview\me2.txt
4000 was unexpected at this time.
