    You're free to use any hardware to install a server operating system, but recommended to use supported hardware for many reasons.

    Question 1: No problem. Windows Server can be installed on a general PC, but server level’s hardware PC can Play better performance
    Question 2: it depends on your T&A terminal’s function. If your T&A terminal plays a server role, this PC should be regarded as a server PC.
