    Hi,
Sometimes, BitLocker encrypted drive can be unlocked with correct password or BitLocker recovery key on another computer.
I suggest you install all the latest updates before trying to unlock the BitLocker driver.
Sometimes different versions of different encryption methods can also cause this problem.
    For your reference:

While if the present BitLocker has been corrupted during the reinstalling process by coincidence, the data is lost. If there was some way to access the data without any of those things, then unfortunately the encryption would be effectively useless.
Hope above information can help you.

    Hi.

"digit group 1 contains an error bitlocker Encryption Error" - to understand that statement, please note: The bitlocker recovery passwords consist of 48 digits in 8 groups of 6 digits each. The numbers that each digit group represent have to be divisible by 11 (really, no kidding). That is why we can say with confidence that your recovery key was either entered incorrectly or was written down incorrectly.
So the only thing you can do now, is try ALL 6digit numbers that are divisible by 11 as first digit group. That's a lot of work, so you will need to automate this using a script.

If you need help with that, I could assist.

    Hi,
Is the new windows system version you installed the same as before?
If not, the present BitLocker will be corrupt during the installing process by coincidence.
If you are sure that the recovery key is correct, I suggest you use the manage-bde command to repair your BitLocker driver.
