Change the Azure Backup Online Subscription

Question

Hello, we tested the DPM-Azure Online Backup with a Test Subscrition. All works OK, now we want to start. For that we need a new Subscription with an other user. We found no Solution to delete the existing Subscription? We need this first to Add the new one. What is the Solution? Does anyone have a solution here how we can delete an existing subscription? Or is it possible to Add many Subscritions and select the needed subscrition by the Protection Group? Volker

You should be able to register the DPM server to the new subscription, just download the vault credential file from the new subscription for the registration step. This changes the registration for the entire DPM server, not individual Protection Groups so all PGs would then point at the new subscription/vault.

Deleting the old vault would be an unrelated process. You would need to delete the old data and registration from the DPM server in order to allow the old vault to be deleted.
