I have a video file on my VM with Windows 10 and I want to share it in a video call directly from the VM. My problem is I can’t share the audio because no audio input devices are installed. Is there a way to do this?

    Hello @Robf ,

You are accessing the VM through Remote desktop as I am assuming. You can enable Audio from Local Resources tab of 'Remote Desktop window'

    Good day ,

There are 2 steps to configure audio in remote desktop

    1) Enable the device in the Virtual Machine OS

1.1) Windows 10: Right Click on audio icon on the right of the toolbar -> select "Open Sound Setting"

1.2) In the setting windows choose your output device, you need to choose "Remote Audio"

    2) Enable the connection to use local audio device

Once the remove logical device is enable (step 1) we can use it in our connection. You can now connect the VM and as @Manu Philip explain (he simply forgot step one)
