Reinstalling Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 after factory reset

I purchased a single-device license of Microsoft office professional plus 2019 with no subscription. I do not want to purchase a subscription of Office 365 but I would like to do a factory reset on my laptop that is running poorly. The product ID is 20 digits long and says I have version 2008 when I open Word/PowerPoint and go to Account settings. Will I be able to re-use this product key after a factory reset?

    @Brandon Ball

    Did you ever redeem your purchase with this product key?

    Generally, if you have redeemed, you could directly use the Microsoft account bounded to login to Office and activate it instead of re-using this product key.

    Any updates or questions, please let me know.
