a reviewer in SCSM get's the permission to vote on behalf automatically. If you add a reviewer in a review activity in SCSM a relationship is created ( ReviewerIsUser
). Through this relationship the user gets the permission to update the relationships ReviewerVotedByUser->User
and ReviewerVotedByUser->Reviewer
.

So it doesn't matter if you are a member of the administrators or a "normal user" : If you are a reviewer in a review activity you are allowed to vote on behalf for this review activity.
