M365 Migration

Question

I currently have a Free Teams option for my organization. We are looking into the Business package, as the Admin, if I buy the Business package (6$ a month Basic Business plan) does all the members of my Org have to buy the package or are they automatically upgraded with my purchase under my liscence.
