This folder is automatically added when you add the certificate to Personal folder. While there are no certificates, no folder is shown. It is expected and by design.

When I open certificate manager (Local Computer Account) The folder 'Certificates' is missing under 'Personal' (screenshot attached) Has anyone see this issue? Is it possible to create Certificates folder under Personal
