FwpsCompleteOperation() context

Hi,

When calling FwpsCompleteOperation(), I noticed that the relevant classify callout always gets the passed completionContext in inMetaValues->completionHandle.
Can I rely on this? It would be a much nicer solution than associating the 4-tuple as done in the Inspect WDK sample.
