This is what I was looking for: https://msendpointmgr.com/2014/01/24/create-custom-reports-for-configmgr-2012-with-report-builder/
How to generate manual report
We have a need to create a customer report to be mostly friendly for HR and take it to the Reporting Server web site. I remember doing this 5 years ago by executing query, looking at specific log file where the query is translated to SQL language, copying it to the Report Builder and publishing new report item behind a custom folder. I did that by following some blog article but now I can't find it anymore.
What would be the best method to archive this today? I have 0 experience in PowerBI and 0,1 experience in SQL Report Builder :D

Even though it is writing for MECM you can use all of the idea for any database.
