Office365 + Azure Active Directory Migration to different Subscription

Hi, I've an Office365 subscription connected to an Azure Active Directory. For commercial reasons I need to migrate everything that is contained in the Azure Subscription to a different one.

I'm worried about that process and how it could affect the availability of the Office365 accounts, in particularly the emails. Is there any documentation/information to read about it? How should be the process done? Is there any risk of losing data? I need to preserve all information (in particularly the emails) that are in the Office365 accounts.

I'm assuming that migrating the Azure AD to a new Subscription is completely transparent to the Office365 and after the migration is completed it would be a matter of changing the connector of Office365 to the new Subscription. I'm correct?

Kind regards,
Rodrigo

You can change the association of the directory to the subscription. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/active-directory/active-directory-how-subscriptions-associated-directory#how-an-azure-subscription-is-related-to-azure-ad

There are a lot of tutorials on YouTube for how to do this. This one is not from an official guide, but I think it is pretty straightforward and good.

Note that multiple subscriptions can trust the same directory, but a subscription trusts only one directory. You can go to the Settings tab to see which directory is trusted by your subscription and then edit the subscription settings to change which directory it trusts.
