Dot Spatial WGS84 to Projected

Can DotSpatial convert a point from Lat Long to projected. I set my From projection to WGS84 and the Target is set to Texas_State_Plane_Central. I consistently get NaN for a result for X and Y. I could really use the help. Thanks.
