Azure P2S VPN Client Platform Error Code 1

Would anyone be able to shed some light on the following error when trying to import a VPN XML config to a user:

VPN Connection could not be saved
VPN Connection name NoName could not be saved. Platform Error Code: 1

I cannot seem to find documentation anywhere which states the error code values to be able to troubleshoot.
The config is OK and works perfectly thus far. Client is running W10 Enterprise 20H2

@Michael Shane Marten Thanks for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A.

I am investigating the issue that you are facing currently. I have previously seen - "Vpn connection noname could not be saved. Platform error code: 5" for which you needed windows update for kb KB4577063. However, since you are on the latest version this should not be the issue. I will keep you posted as soon as I have more information regarding this. Thank you!

Hi Did you ever get anywhere with this? we got round with a full OS reinstall for the last affected user but it has now happened again for someone new.

@Michael Shane Marten As mentioned, to investigate this, we require the following traces-

Command - netsh trace start VpnClient maxsize=0 filemode=single per=no corr=dis rep=dis

Replicate the issue

Command- netsh trace stop
