MiFi Powershell Configuration

Question

Hello and I thank you in advance for any help or light you may shine in my direction.

Long story short. We are a school district and soon will be handing out about 30k+ MiFi hotpots to connect to a private network (this is the part of another long tedious and boring story). Anyway, we need to configure all MiFi with the same settings, I've been poking around for any scripts or powershell cmdlts that may help. I sure don't want to configure each and every device using a mouse. Does anybody have any experience programming these little devices using a script?
I already have a baseline configuration file, I would like to be able to restore this config file into all the MiFi with script, powershell, etc.

Can you please provide more details? Sorry I have no knowledge of MiFi devices. How do you upload the configuration file to the devices and how do you restore them?
