Teams-can I get a report detailing the time that people leave the meeting?

Hi,

Yes it's possible with attendance reports, only the meeting organizers can download these reports.

Hi DavidKerr-8363,

If you don’t see the download button, you can run “Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -AllowEngagementReport enabled” to enable a meeting organizer to download the meeting attendance report. It needs to wait up some time for this setting to take effect.

Please note that only meeting organizer can download attendance reports. And you are able to download while the meeting is in progress and participants are still present.
