Prevent Pasting on Sync Folder

Hi,
we are developping a sync engine using Cloud Filter API.
For us there are special folders where users have no write right.
Therefore we'd like to prevent pasting on such folders.

Is there a possibility to remove or disable the "Paste" and the "New" entry from a folder's context menu?

Any help would be appreciated.
