Hi,

I'm currently planning our OfflineConversion integration and studied the v13 documentation, but still have some questions regarding msclkids from multiple accounts.
We are using multiple accounts under a single manager account and will use OfflineConversionGoals with the "Account" scope, as the same goal might have different settings in different accounts.

  1. can conversions for msclkids from all accounts be uploaded just to the manager account and will Bing ads automatically assign the conversions to the correct sub account the msclkid is originating from? Or do OfflineConversions have to be uploaded directly to the account the msclkid is from?
  2. if we have to upload the OfflineConversion directly to the originating account, is there any api method to download all msclkids for an account? Which error would be returned, if a conversion was uploaded to the wrong account? The only one from the Error-Code documentation that looks fitting seems to be "OfflineConversionMicrosoftClickIdInvalid" (5604)?

Regards, Christopher

Correct, you'll need to upload offline conversions directly to the originating account. Offline conversion download is not available. Please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
