sharepoint 2010 joined two lists count joined per specific column

i have two lists
the first list has column: Subject
the second list has columns: Vrsta,Status,Vrsta dokumenta
i joined those list like
Subject (grouped colapsed)
subject1
Vrsta,Status,Vrsta dokumenta
v1 + 1
v2 + 2
v3 - 1
my requirement is that i want to count how much has elements in column Vrsta dokumenta with sign '1' in joined list

To better understand this thread, could you share the steps to join those two lists? And also, could you please give me more information about the two source lists, joined list and associations between the columns? Screenshots are preferred. Thanks for your understanding :-)
