Hi Team,

I posted this on answers.microsoft.com first and they sent me here. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/oemail-osend/email-from-sendgrid-being-marked-as-junk-mail-but/ec783e3c-5ab4-48f5-a326-f64c36a07112

No idea what the best tag is for this.

I am using SendGrid to send some transactional emails for my users and finding that outlook.com users are getting the emails put into junk mail.

as I said, SPF, DKIM and DMARC all passing but the emails still go to junk.

This doesn't happen for Gmail or other providers

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Michael Smith ,

Are you using Outlook desktop client?

As I know, in Outlook desktop client, from the recipient's perspective, we can add senders' email addresses to Outlook safe sender list so that Outlook will not incorrectly classified your email as junk.
