email from SendGrid to being marked as junk mail but SPF, DKIM and DMARC all passing

Michael Smith 1 Reputation point

Hi Team,

I posted this on first and they sent me here.

No idea what the best tag is for this.

I am using SendGrid to send some transactional emails for my users and finding that users are getting the emails put into junk mail.

as I said, SPF, DKIM and DMARC all passing but the emails still go to junk.

This doesn't happen for Gmail or other providers

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Michael Smith ,

Are you using Outlook desktop client?

As I know, in Outlook desktop client, from the recipient's perspective, we can add senders' email addresses to Outlook safe sender list so that Outlook will not incorrectly classified your email as junk.

    For more information:

    Hope this can be helpful.
