Best way to migrate my Primary SCCM site

We are trying to retire are current data center because we are moving to Azure VM's. What is the best practice to follow to migrate my one and only Primary Site ? As you can see in the picture below is currently running 12 Roles on it. All my other sites are only DP's
We are running the Release 2002

In your Guidance link, Under Site server high availability, in the Step 6 it does some validation that Include Remote SQL, meaning i guess to have the SQL role on a different server, that Role is currently running on my Primary site as well. Should I have to migrate that Role first be running the migration tool?
