Best way to migrate my Primary SCCM site

We are trying to retire are current data center because we are moving to Azure VM's. What is the best practice to follow to migrate my one and only Primary Site ? As you can see in the picture below is currently running 12 Roles on it. All my other sites are only DP's
We are running the Release 2002

    An alternative option here is to perform a standard ConfigMgr site backup and restore to a VM in Azure.
