Help with making a payment on a disabled subscription for Azure

My subscription was disabled due to a credit card not going through but now when i go into pay its saying "You don't have any outstanding charges for VISA ****, If you recently made a payment, it may take up to 24 hours to be properly reflected." My website is down and im trying to resolve this asap but i can't get ahold of anyone from billing. Please help!

    Hi @LA SportsNet ,

    In the Azure portal it's possible to create a "support request". Choose Billing as the Issue type , select your subscription and describe your issue.
    In my opinion this is the fastest and best option to get help regarding your issue.

    Azure support for subscription support like billing is free, you don't need to buy a support plan.
