Powerpoint animation bugs

I made a simple PPT with animation to "appear" on click of each bullet or new topic.
View the PPT and click "animation" to see the intended sequencing.
"Slideshow From Beginning" and click on the presenter forward arrow to see the problems.
First slide, animation goes OK.
Second slide, bottom, lots of bugs:

  1. animation steps 5 and 6 appear concurrently
  2. it takes SEVEN clicks to proceed to the next slide!
  3. On slide 3, animation steps 4 and 5 appear at the same time...

Are there any work-arounds for these bugs?
Thanks!

    Hi @Dave Nadler ,
Add Trigger to 2 problem slides can resolve the problem:

Thanks, but unfortunately, if you look at what you suggested, it does not solve the first problem I listed:
animations 3 and 4 appear at the same time.
It only solves the problem of sometimes needing 7 clicks to advance to next slide.
    Are these known bugs?
Why is this so incredibly flaky? Sometimes animation works and sometimes not?
    Thanks!

    Hi @Dave Nadler ,
I finger it out, please select the second Slide and go to Animations- Animation Pane- you can find a Animation called: Layout: Body and right click it- select View Layout- Remove all Animations from Animation Pane- Close Master View:
