certification voucher after completion of cloud challenge

HI all, I have completed 1 challenge on my build / learn account but i didn't receive any email on the free voucher for a certification exam. Can anyone confirm how we are supposed to receive that?.

    I have completed a challenge too by learning Azure devops Module. They haven't released the results yet. Expect an email for the results on your registered email Id
