Unable to Upgrade to Paid account, portal does not allow login

Got locked out of Trial account and now I cant upgrade since I get following message when I try to login:
"More information required. Your organization needs more information to keep your account secure"

This is after I have put a valid credit card on account already!

Raised support ticket and there has been no response so far.
Called support line and talked to Brian and he hung up the phone on me.

I am seriously thinking of switching to AWS!

    Hello @SkyGeni ,

    Looks like you have set Security defaults to apply to your Azure AD and can be disabled as below:

    Azure Active Directory > Properties
    Manage security defaults
    set Enable security defaults to No

    Hi,

    Thanks for the detailed info. However, I am unable to do this since I cannot login into portal.

    I get the following screen when I try logging in and it is stuck here even when I click Next button

    Since, I am unable to login into Portal, cannot change any settings.

    Hi,
    Are you able to access the resources through the portal https://aad.portal.azure.com

    If so, login with the Global Administrator account and select Azure Active Directory. Properties will be adjusted as per my first post

    Hi Manu,

    Unfortunately, it redirects me to the same page as shown above, and not able to proceed further.

    Can a Microsoft admin reset security settings for my account?
    Or is there any other way to add/update MPA for my account?
