If we have a Skype for Business pool that is paired to another pool

And the users ae failed over to a paired pool

The users' CDR information, will be stored at the paired pool database?
Can the CDR information be viewed on the reports of the paired pool database?

When the users fail back to their original pool, how can we access the CDR of the calls of the time the failover?

    Hi @Jehad Jawad

In my experience, CDR data is stored in Monitor Database. If you configure a mirror for your monitoring database, that mirror database will take over as the primary database if a failover occurs. And you can view the CDR information from the paired pool database. For more details about how to use monitor reports with a mirror database, you can learn it from:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/deploy/deploy-monitoring/monitoring-reports-with-a-mirror-database

In addition, make sure the monitoring databases are backed up before you move the QoEMetrics and LcsCdr databases. The process of moving the QoEMetrics and LcsCdr Databases, please refer to the following:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/drrez/moving-the-lync-server-2010-monitoring-databases-to-a-new-sql-server-instance
