DHCP option 121 not work with VPN client

I have set Option 121 in DHCP scope options. When I set VPN client achieve IP address from DHCP, they did not get static route. What's the problem?

    Hi ,

    Please try to add static route on your VPN server, then client will inherit the route information from VPN server.

    If you are using RRAS, then you can add static route as below:
