SQL Server Polybase with local storage emulator

I am having issues using external sources for azure blob storage in my local environment. I have setup an external data source to point to my local storage emulator but I keep getting this error when attempting to use it:

This is how I setup the external data source:

Has anyone been able to get this working using their local storage?

    It was requested by customers and it is currently under review with the product team.
