Escalation against onView for AZ-900 cancellation of Proctored exam

Hi team,

I need help to escalate AZ-900 proctored exam being conducted by OnVue

Candidate: Mister Ashish Jitendra Shah
Candidate ID: ‎MS0990992524‎
Registration ID: 391007636

  1. My exam was scheduled for Friday, March 12, 2021‎ 11 am IST .
  2. I was ready to give the exam with everything set up
  3. Proctor from OnVue didnt have capability to use audio for interaction and she was only using chat option
  4. She kept complaining abiut video quality , this was due to internet issues at her end
  5. Still she asked me to restart my laptop and i didnt see any reason to restart my laptop and she ended my exam session

This is totally unacceptable and i have entire chat with onVue proctor , i need microsoft to take strict action against onVue for
