So as company we have some services we would like to block, so company data is not shared through cloud services like dropbox etc.

On IOS devices, we have setup some MAM policies for Outlook etc. I tried to set it up very strict, for testing. But when I recieve an attachement in outlook and click on the attachement. I can click on I can still click "share file via" where I can pick dropbox etc.
Is this some how possible to restrict that, so company data only can stay within company apps

@ycksen-1060, From the information you provided, we find it is configured as "Policy managed apps with OS sharing:' and the test device is unmanaged devices. For such situation, he behavior of the Policy managed apps value applies.

We can change it to "Policy managed apps with Open-In/Share filtering" to see if it can meet our request:

    Hope it can help.
