How to enable the Q&A option for Teams Live Events?

I want to have Q&A as an option when I create a Teams Live Event but it's not available. I've looked in the Teams Admin centre but I can't find where I can enable this.
Can some one point me in the right direction?

Resolved. Always helps when you notice the subtle scroll bar down the side.

Thanks Leon, the challenge I have is not being able to select the Q&A option when I create a Live Event so that it is available for users.

There's lots of good guidance on how to use it, but first I need the option to appear under the:

"How will you produce your live event?"

when I'm creating the event.

Any further guidance much appreciated.

Are you using the Desktop version? If yes make sure you got the latest version.

Also do you have the required permissions?

Who can create live events

To be able to create a live event, a person needs to have the following things. Your IT admin can provide more information.

A Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, or E5 license or a Office 365 A3 or A5 license.

Permission to create live events in Microsoft Teams admin center.

Permission to create live events in Microsoft Stream (for events produced using an external broadcasting app or device).

Full team membership in the org (can’t be a guest or from another org).

Private meeting scheduling, screensharing, and IP video sharing, turned on in Team meeting policy.
