So I am new to my work company, and my work email had to be linked to the Microsoft Authenticator app. I previously had it setup on my personal phone. I have recently gotten my work phone for my company. So I have been attempting to have the Authenticator app setup on just my new work phone and not my personal phone anymore. But while doing so I deleted the account of off my personal phone and now I am stuck in a loop of when I try to sign into things with my work email that requires Microsoft Authenticator, it still send the notification to my personal phone, but the account is deleted off my personal phone and when trying to re-add the account on my personal phone it tries to send the notification approval to my phone but I cannot access it. If that makes sense. I am trying to see if there is a way to reset my Authenticator account in order for me to just have access on my work phone and be able to log-in with just this one. As of right now I cannot log-in at all on either phone because I deleted the account of my personal and receive no code or notification to get into it. Please help.

Depending on how your email is set-up, your company IT team will need to go to the admin portal and reset the authenticator app option in Azure Active Directory. Then you as the user, log-in to the portal.office.com account and you should get a prompt click next until you come to the QR Code. Scan the code and you should then be able to use the Authenticator App.
