ssl mismatch

I've a multi-domain certificate from Daddy for the domain "sitename.com". I've associated the certificate in azure with both: www.sitename.com and sitename.com, but it is ok only for www.sitename.com.
If I check with sslshopper www.sitename.com, the result is ok and the issuer is correct: Go Daddy.
If I check with sslshopper sitename.com, the result is not ok and the issuer is Microsoft RSA TLS CA 01.
What's happens?

I need to reset something in azure?

Please, help me.

Thanks a lot,
Andrea

@Andrea Ferrari We apologize for the frustration that you encountered while trying to setup SSL for your custom domain.

We took a look and it appears sitename.com is passing the test on sslshopper now.

Unless you made additional changes after your post, DNS propagation can take awhile (over an hour in rare cases). It's likely you encountered a DNS propagation delay.

If you have any further questions or concerns on this matter, please let us know.
