RTD in excel #N/A error

I'm trying to do the setup of using API from my financial broker. However when attempting to run example spreadsheets in Excel or building simple RTD functions to bring financial instrument prices I get #N/A error code. I've been working with tech department of my broker and they think Excel itself has problems connecting and no issue on their side. I've tried a quick repair and online repair of my Microsoft 365 but still get the #N/A error code. Any ideas what might be the reason for error?

Thank you for your help erinding-msft

If I go to File- Options- Trust Center- Trust Center Settings- Add-ins: and see that all boxes are unchecked I still get #N/A error.

I'm running Excel on Microsoft 365.
I've really tried to research this issue and it looks like I'm not the only one with this issue for people trying to use RTD in Microsoft 365.
I'm told that 365 does not work correctly with RTD and that I should try a standalone Excel version. How would I go about and try that?

    Hi @Svalbard

    Welcome to Q&A forum.

From the perspective of Office, the #N/A error generally indicates that a formula can’t find what it’s been asked to look for.

And as said in "How to set up and use the RTD function in Excel", "RTD servers should be digitally signed. If an RTD server is not digitally signed, the server may not load, and a #N/A will be displayed in the cell(s) referencing the RTD server."
You could refer to this thread to check if it's digitally signed.

Hope the information could be helpful to you.
