MS Teams Error code - 8000000d

I am trying to log into teams but get this message. It’s on a personal laptop, it’s a personal account not a work or school one. I can get into and log into all other Microsoft products and my account online. Getting desperate as I need it for Monday at 9am.

Should have said. I have tried everything I have found online. Clearing cache, blob etc. I have uninstalled and installed.

My kids had been using teams but via glow for school.

When I log in it asks which user and I have the choices of my email or my name with the same email underneath it.

    Do you try to sign in with the same account in different machine?

    Does anybody else have the same issue?

    Could you provide a screenshot about detailed error message?

    Please do a Windows Update if there is any information about it in your machine.

    Try to log in Teams web client( If it has no problem to sign in Teams web client, it must be related to the desktop client. You could delete the Windows credential about Teams account. Then, sign in again.

    In addition, please try to do a clean boot to determine if it is the conflict between third-party applications.
