Network Adapter

I have the 1300s Cudy Wifi Adaptor and it works fine and I have fine download and upload speed but sometimes my wifi just disconnects. It says No Internet, Secured for about 5 seconds or 2 minutes at max. I believe it's a problem with the drivers but I have tried updating my drivers multiple times with not much luck. This issue occurred when my family bought a new router but before then I had a 650 Cudy Wifi Adapter and my wifi was just slow in general. It didn't disconnect randomly though so that's why I bought the new one thinking that it would solve the problem. I also tried installing the driver on Cudy's website but when I pressed set-up after I download the file it said that my device wasn't compatible. I ran the windows compatibility troubleshooter and tried every option but it didn't work. The problem still occurred after switching the driver so I tried using SeaTools for Windows which was recommended to me by a friend. It updated a few of my drivers including my network driver (Realtek 8812BU Wireless LAN 802.11ac USB NIC). It still didn't solve the issue so I am looking for help on what to do now.

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

Since the issue is more related to the third party driver which we're not familiar with, I would suggest you could contact Cudy support for getting a more professional suggestion.

Based on my research, you could send your issue to ******@cudy.com, and then Cudy customer support team will assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Sunny

I'd contact the manufacturer directly for hardware support.
