Slow login

Folks - maybe 2 months ago after some update, the login screen has gotten much slower in windows server 2019. For e.g. when computer is in a locked state, I press ctrl-alt-del and it takes roughly 2-3 seconds for the user/prompt to show up. I thought it's something on just thing machine but have now noticed the same thing on two other windows servers (they are independent machines and not connected to a domain)

Anybody know of this issue and a fix?

Thanks

    @Jake Sokol
    Hi,
    Do you use Roaming Profiles ?

    To diagnose the reasons of slow Windows boot, you could use the Process Monitor:
