I received a message from The Outlook.com Team saying "Folders in your mailbox have name conflicts". What are you talking about". What Folders? How do I fix the problem?

Hi,
Looks like you are encountering a conflict with the folder names in your email account.
To fix the issue, you need to login to your email account via a web browser and drag the folder named Junk to your Junk E-mail folder.
