AZ 900 exam unable to attend

Hi Team,

I had AZ 900 exam scheduled for 13 march at 9.15 PM IST. I completed system test and the coordinator also verified the 360 degree view of my place and the term and condition page get displayed but i was unable to click on yes or no on the terms and conditions page and informed this to the coordinator in the chat window and all of a sudden i got the message that your test is over and all the windows get closed before even starting my test and i have not appeared for the test.

I have created a case 06113486 for this by calling the pearson support and below is their response.

We have completed and found you were unable to accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement due to the issues you faced during the release of the exam. 

Due to the NDA not being accepted, we are unable to cancel the exam registration. Due to this exam being paid for by Microsoft's promotion,

we are unable to compensate for the appointment.
