can't sign in to my account asks for current password

Question

The thing is I bought a laptop with windows 10 in accounts it shows under picture the name of the merchant but there is only mentioning of account when I find it from the run but account cannot be deleted. I tried with family or other users but system won't let me in unless I enter current windows password for the last time . I was told the password but it is not correct

Since it is a new PC, I strongly recommend you to perform a reset which will remove all data and reinstall Windows.

For New laptop, you could just restore to factory then create your own account for use.
On the other hand, it’s easy to contact after-sale support to reinstall system for you.
