NFC challenge response library

I am using a passsword safe app with a Yubikey for 2FA. The app uses the challenge response mode for NFC communications but I am told that the necessary library is not available in Windows 10. Is this correct? Any solutions?

    Based on what you posted I'd suggest asking for help here.

    Yubikey staff would be more clear about their product.
