i have install vpn program (hotspot shiled) because there is website i want to open it so i have install vpn to change my ip address to another country but when i did it the ip that i use it to connect to vm it have change
and when i restart the vm the vpn program start with him self and change ip again
i have try something i change the dvice from 16 g ram to 2 g ram and stop vpn before it start and it success

i cant open vm because the ip after open vm (4 second) the vpn program open and change ip and make me disconnected
You might try a serial connection

then uninstall the program.

Then you should still be able to RDP, Also try below using your public IP;
