I have installed chipset intel. But still remains the same problem. so i further install cardreader realtek- but no result come. i think printer usb port or something got damaged.

i am using acer aspire E5-473; wanting to install driver for canon LBP6030 printer. At the middle of installation shows: usb can't recognize the device and installation stop for retry or cancel. I have tried for several times but the same thing happens. You may try installing the latest drivers for your laptop. We would suggest you to refer to this Link and install Chipset Driver. Once you install the latest chipset driver, you may try to install the printer.
