Minecraft store not working

So i downloaded Minecraft form the Microsoft Store and it looks like it doesn't have access to the internet. When i try to open up the store it says: "We're unable to connect you to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?". I can't join any server or things like that. Also here are all the thing i tried but non of them work: Uninstalling and installing it, Running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter, Restarting my PC, Resetting the app.

Hmmm,

Let’s run through this list to see if we can get the store functioning properly.

App troubleshooter - http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/4/F2... - download and run and see if it finds anything wrong with the store.

Next, let’s clear the cache - Hit the windows key + r, then type “wrreset.exe” and hit enter. This will clear the windows store cache. Let’s check the store again.

Proxy Settings - Click start and type “control panel” in there, find “internet options” - Then click on the Connections tab, then LAN settings. Make sure “use proxy server” isn’t checked off, if it is, uncheck it, and click apply.

Click start - Settings - Updates and Security - Windows Updates - Let’s see if there are any pending updates that can be installed. If so, install those and we’ll go from there.

If these don’t work, we can move forward with uninstalling/reinstalling the store manually.

Let me know!

Could you tell me if have you tried to connect the store app to your Microsoft email account?

    Hi Measuring Soup,

Can we test something? Can you download another game (free) from the Microsoft store, and see if you can connect just fine? I want to see if it’s a Minecraft issue, or potentially store, PC problem.

Let me know, and we’ll try to figure this out!
