Can you tell us a bit more?
Do a System File check and run DISM tool and post back the results in the next reply:

    Hello PeterBBennett,

Please Scan Your Computer and Laptop for any kind of Malware Infection

Also apply Windows System File Checker tool to scan and repair damaged files:

Open Command prompt with admin privileges

In the command prompt, type: sfc /scannow and hit Enter key.

    Update your drives

Hope it helps, have a good day

I ran the scan it came back no violations found.

I did run the other tow scans after rereading the instructions and they came back no problems found.
